Group Executive Coaching
Imagine the power and synergy of having your entire leadership team together in compelling group coaching sessions.
-
Your diverse leadership team brings their own talents, thought processes, perspectives, and questions to bear.
-
Think of this as a series of brain storming sessions, or better yet, question storming sessions that overcome the status quo, group think, blind spots, and limiting beliefs to unlock the true potential of your entire team, working toward the best possible outcome.
In order to have flexible, fluid thinking, you need to ask powerful questions including:
Why? What if? How?
-
By using this approach, you are able to stop operating on habit, without questioning whether what you are "doing" is the best idea or the best approach.
-
With today's constant change, you need to spend less time on autopilot and more time asking questions.
-
The "Corner Office" is reserved for those that are the Questioners.
The Program:
-
The Group Executive Coaching Program includes 13 team sessions of 50 minutes per session.
-
Sessions can be scheduled weekly, every other week, or once every four weeks.
-
You will create each session's agenda: the topic, the details, and what you want to take away, because you are the expert on your business.
-
I will support your entire team during every session through questions, conversation, and framework to ensure you achieve each week's takeaway and you achieve sustained, consistent growth for your team.
