Enterprise Executive Coaching

Bring the power of Executive Coaching to your entire leadership team.

  • Enterprise Executive Coaching allows you to extend the benefits of coaching to all of the thought leaders and decision makers across your organization, including aspiring leaders and those you plan to promote.

  • With these individually tailored one-on-one sessions for each of your key people, your team is able to work for the benefit of the entire organization while also focusing on what will make them each an exceptional leader.

In order to have flexible, fluid thinking, you need to ask powerful questions including:

Why? What if? How?

  • By using this approach, you are able to stop operating on habit, without questioning whether what you are "doing" is the best idea or the best approach.

  • With today's constant change, you need to spend less time on autopilot and more time asking questions.

  • The "Corner Office" is reserved for those that are the Questioners.

The Program:

  • The Enterprise Executive Coaching Program includes 13 one-on-one sessions of 50 minutes per session for each leader participating in the program.

  • Sessions can be scheduled weekly, every other week, or once every four weeks.

  • The organization will provide the overarching goals for each participating individual.

  • The contents of each individual's sessions will remain confidential to them, while the organization will be apprised of overall progress or hurdles in a general sense as it relates to the organization's goals.

  • Each participant will create each session's agenda: the topic, the details, and what you want to take away, because you are the expert on you and your life.

  • I will support each leader during every session through questions, conversation, and framework to ensure you achieve each week's takeaway and you achieve sustained, consistent growth.
